Chrysaor Holdings Limited is wholly owned by the management team, Barclays Natural Resource Investments (‘BNRI’) which is a division of Barclays Capital, and a fund managed by Natural Gas Partners (‘NGP’). Chrysaor is funded by a £100 million equity facility committed by the management team, BNRI and NGP.
Chrysaor Holdings Limited has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Chrysaor Limited and Chrysaor E&P Ireland Limited. Chrysaor Limited is a UK company and owns 40% of the Solan licence P164 covering UK block 205/26a and 100% of the Phoenix licence P1578 covering UK block 13/22b. Chrysaor E&P Ireland Limited is an Irish company and owns 60% of FEL 4/08 and FEL 2/04.
